In order to use the Triton Sync Dashboard effectively, it’s important to register your device correctly. This guide will walk you through the process of registering a device.
Step 1: Access the Triton Sync Dashboard #
First, navigate to the Triton Sync Dashboard website.
Step 2: Login to Your Account #
If you already have an account, please login using your credentials. If you do not have an account, you will need to create one before you can register a device.
Step 3: Navigate to the “Register Device” Section #
Once you are logged in, find and click on the “Register Device” link, which is located on the left-hand side navigation bar.
Step 4: Enter Device Information #
Please enter the 12-character Device ID, found on the side of the Device.
Note: You may also scan the QR code on the device with your smartphone if you have downloaded and logged into your account on the Triton Sync Mobile App(App Store and Google Play Store).
Step 5: Submit the Registration #
After you have entered the Device ID, click the “Register” button. Your device should now be registered with the Triton Sync Dashboard.
Note: It may take a few minutes for the system to process your registration and display your device in your account.
Step 6: Confirm Device Registration #
To confirm that your device has been registered successfully, navigate to the “View Devices” section of the Triton Sync Dashboard. Your newly registered device should appear in the list.
